1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Shannon Breeze Band website (shannonbreeze.com), purchasing tickets, booking our services, or interacting with our digital platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

Important: Continued use of our services following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.

2. Website Usage & Conduct

You agree to use our website and digital platforms solely for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawling tools to extract data without written permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or internal systems

3. Ticket Purchases & Event Attendance

All ticket sales are subject to availability and are final unless otherwise stated. Key policies include:

  • Refunds: Standard tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by Shannon Breeze Band. VIP and package tickets may have specific refund conditions outlined at checkout.
  • Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another individual unless explicitly marked as "Will Call Only" or "Non-Transferable."
  • Event Changes: We reserve the right to modify event dates, venues, set times, or supporting acts. In such cases, tickets will remain valid for the new date, or refunds will be offered where applicable.
  • Admission: Tickets grant entry only. We reserve the right to deny admission for safety violations, intoxication, or disruptive behavior.

4. Booking & Private Events

When booking Shannon Breeze Band for private, corporate, or festival events, the following terms apply:

  • A signed booking agreement and 50% deposit are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
  • Event organizers are responsible for providing adequate stage space, power access, load-in/out time, and basic hospitality as outlined in our technical rider.
  • Cancellations by the client within 30 days of the event may forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days may require full payment.
  • We reserve the right to decline bookings that conflict with our ethical guidelines, safety standards, or existing tour commitments.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including music, logos, photography, video footage, website design, and written materials, is the exclusive property of Shannon Breeze Band or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may share our content on social media for personal, non-commercial use with proper attribution.
  • Commercial use, reproduction, or modification requires prior written consent.
  • Unauthorized streaming, downloading, or distribution of our recordings is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shannon Breeze Band shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, attendance at events, or reliance on information provided on our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or ticket in question. We are not responsible for third-party venue policies, travel delays, weather disruptions, or personal property loss at events.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Nashville, TN, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class actions and jury trials are waived where permitted by law.

8. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes affecting your rights will be communicated via email to registered users or through a prominent website notice at least 30 days before taking effect.

Standard tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or postponed by Shannon Breeze Band. However, we offer ticket insurance at checkout for select events, which covers unforeseen circumstances like illness, travel delays, or emergencies. If your event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date.
Yes, most digital tickets can be transferred through our ticketing platform up to 24 hours before the event. Simply log into your account, select the ticket, and choose "Transfer." Note that "Will Call" or "Non-Transferable" tickets cannot be reassigned and must be claimed by the original purchaser with valid ID.
If we cancel a performance, you will be automatically refunded in full to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. We will also notify all ticket holders via email with alternative options, such as rescheduled dates or exclusive merchandise vouchers as an apology for the inconvenience.
Personal photography and short video clips for social media are welcome and encouraged! However, professional cameras, detachable lenses, audio recording equipment, and commercial filming require prior written permission. Unauthorized commercial distribution of live recordings violates our intellectual property terms and may result in removal from the venue.
